This course will help your organization utilize team problem solving skills and create the right team structure to solve organizational problems. Using either in-person or virtual training, participants will learn a four step process to efficiently and effectively solve problems: Step 1: Focus on a problem to be solved; Step 2: Analyze the root cause of the problem; Step 3: Develop possible solutions to the problem; Step 4: Execute, implement and monitor the best solution. They will also have an opportunity to practice the application of more than 20 tools that will reduce time, as well as solve and prevent important problems. This course is ideal for managers and team members, with a recommended course size of 7-15 participants.
