This course presents a context for understanding the value of conflict. It provides insight into one’s own preferred Conflict Style and the implications it has in conflict situations, as well as addressing how to work with others’ styles more effectively. Using either in-person or virtual training, participants will learn the skills needed to manage emotions, solve conflicts in a collaborative way, and learn how to deal with conflict styles different from your own. This course includes a second day of skills practice, new skills and reinforcement. This course is ideal for managers, supervisors, and employees. Recommended course size is 7-15 participants.
