Students will learn about documentation procedures, work instructions and forms to develop matrix correlating existing policies to the new standard. The training associated with this course will provide understanding, training and documentation development for compliance with ISO 9001:2015 in preparation for certification and registration. The training is delivered in person and is geared towards management but anyone can benefit from taking this course. It is comprised of hands on training and discussion and completing homework.
