Participants will learn the fundamentals of Project Management including Initiating, Planning, Executing, Monitoring, and Closing. Participants will also learn all knowledge areas in the PM Body of Knowledge. This course is delivered live (in person and virtual), and requires participants to engage with team members in a class project using templates, which builds skills and allows instructors to evaluate how team members perform as peers and leaders. WGA uses baseline and final tests and chapter quizzes to measure student to progress. This course is important because the PMP is the highest credential in the profession. The ideal audience for this course is Project Managers, Program Managers, Project Leaders, Supervisors, Event planners.
