The course provides training on developing and implementing a new QMS compliant to ISO 9001: 2015. The training of each phase (1) QMS Development and (2) QMS Implementation is completed to client schedule and incorporates presentation, process requirements review, PDCA evaluation, process inputs, outputs and interactions. Training topics: Documentation; Leadership & Management; Context of Organization, Planning, Support, Operational Controls, Risk Management, Process Monitoring, Performance Evaluation and Improvement. Trainees will obtain the necessary knowledge to develop, implement and verify suitability, adequacy and effectiveness of their new QMS.
