Participants will learn how to develop their leadership potential. We will cover right action leadership, cornerstone credibility, values, modeling, purpose, collaboration. In structor led during work hours, in person and virtually by presentation, modeling and discussions. Assignments include (a) developing their personal-best leadership project, (b) clarifying personal values, (c) establishing priorities, (d) creating their goal achievement roadmap, (e) developing cooperative goals. This process will improve one’s ability to identify and use their untapped potential, identify leadership gaps and build a sustainable framework for continuous personal development. Ideal participants are current and emerging leaders.
