This course provides Quality Management System (QMS) training to manufacturing/ production, quality, and management personnel - typically, managers, supervisors and lead personnel. Training is carried out on the customers premises. The objective of the course it to provide trainees with the skills to manage both a QMS system and the staff who contribute to it, to maintain an effective QMS. Training includes the process approach, risk management, continuous improvement, problem solving – root cause analysis and corrective action, counterfeit mitigation, complaint handling, evidence-based decision making, managing audits, trend analysis. Participants learn through lectures and case studies with participation.
