Description:

In this training the participants will learn how to assure maximum performance with minimum waste through the most efficient routine or pattern for work performed. The training follows the standard 10 step kaizen process moving through the plan, do, check, act cycle. The students will learn how to integrate actions to strategy, link value stream to shift, learn how to deploy using visual performance boards, how to evaluate data, and how to drive improvement daily, weekly, and monthly meetings. This is a mix of hands on activities, delivered onsite for all levels of the company. |
