This course provides a discipled, data drive approach for eliminating waste and defects and can be used to create a better quality product and/or service. Using either in-person or virtual training, participants will learn to improve processes, reduce errors, and increase quality in your organization. They will be provided with a tool kit that has 25 different skills and tools that are typically used as part of a Lean Six Sigma program. Participants can also use this course to help obtain yellow, green and/or black belt certification. This course is ideal for managers, supervisors, and employees at all levels of your organization.
