This course provides an opportunity for leaders to learn how to lead and manage organizational change(s) and understand the many pitfalls that can happen to people, processes, and procedures that are experiencing a change. Using either in-person or virtual training, participants will learn how to better communicate the rationale for the change, understand the “human side of change,” assist employees to move through the change cycle, and develop a Change Map for their team/organization to follow. This course is ideal for leaders and managers at all levels of the organization. Recommended course size is 7-15 participants.
