Description:

Basic Manufacturing Skills provide the foundational skills for more advanced technical skills training. The training includes Shop Math, Blueprint Reading, and Metrology. The students will learn basic math concepts and terms, arithmetic operations, line drawings, special part features and configurations, hands on use of tools and measurement of product parts. The objective of each module is to upgrade the skills of the students to help them become more productive in today’s evolving factory. The students learn with a mix of discussion of terms and concepts, lectures, and hands on activities. The curriculum is broken down by individual lessons. The course is delivered in person and is geared for all levels of the company. |
