This training will educate process owners on the key characteristics, advantages, and impact of ISO 13485. In this module students learn management responsibilities, creating a timeline/ project plan, clause training as it pertains to each job type, how to develop a quality manual, procedures and work instructions, how to set up a documentation control system, how to flowchart company processes using Visio, and how to use KPI's to measure processes. This is for all levels of the company and delivered on site in person. They will take away learning how to develop a system for the long term success of the company.
