Description:

The Visual Scheduling Kaizen training includes the design, development and implementation of a production scheduling process based on production start dates rather than due dates to reduce the quantity of lower priority work-in-process choices on-the-floor to improve on-time delivery performance. It is a means of learning how to create visual queues to determine status. Students will learn the lean tools and concepts including Value Stream Mapping, Takt Time, Standard Work, and Scheduling to Capacity. This will allow manufacturing to meet customer demands for high quality, low cost products. Delivered onsite geared for shop floor and management. |
