This course teaches participants how to analyze 12 elements of business that influence the long term strategic performance and direction of a business. Topics include: purposes of growth, leadership attributes, means to evaluate services growth, market changes, product cycles, growth barriers, business strengths, opportunities, threats and weaknesses, competitor analysis, and the elements of sales. A workbook and a published guidebook is included. The content will be delivered in 2 in-person workshops and a video call prep session. Exercises will conclude with a strategic plan.
