The objective of this course is to teach business planning needed to sustain a business. Participants will learn during in-person or video conference calls. Participants will use a business planning template to learn 10 elements of a business plan and methods to develop each. They will apply real company data by analyzing 1) expense and 2) revenue elements, 3) learn key performance indicators, 4) develop profit & loss and 5) balance sheets, 6) assess services and 7) markets to focus sales, 8) staffing plans, 19) process improvement programs, and 10) pricing models. Participants will have assembled a business plan. The ideal audience is management, leadership, support roles. There are 3 four hour instructor lead video sessions.
