The objective of this course is to teach business planning which is critical to sustain a business. Participants will learn during in-person or live zoom meetings. Participants will learn 10 elements of a business plan and methods to develop each. They will apply real company data by analyzing 1) expense and 2) revenue elements, 3) learn key performance indicators, 4) develop profit & loss and 5) balance sheets, 6) assess services and 7) markets to focus sales, 8) staffing plans, 19) process improvement programs, and 10) pricing models. At completion participants will have assembled a business plan that will be immediately useful. The ideal audience is management and leadership. |
