The objective of this course is to teach the intricacies of implementing business strategies using best practices and real experiences. Participants will learn during in-person or video calls. They will meet monthly, learn and then apply their new skills to real challenges. They will analyze 1) expense and 2) revenue elements, 3) measure progress using key performance indicators, 4) analyze profit barriers, 5) learn alternative solutions, 6) apply workload management techniques, and 7) assess staff performance and solutions to motivate improvement. The ideal audience is management, leadership, and support roles. Four 4 hour workshops are allowed and best spread over many months to learn from developing performance data.
