1-Sandler Sales On-line Portal Access gives participants Internet access to over 2000 different sales training resources for 90 days. All are designed to build skills in the competencies that sales people need to have such as prospecting, human relations, qualifying, closing and account menagement. They are in several different formats:
1.) Some are courses presented in 25 to 30 slides in a Powerpoint type fashion with a trainer who narrates each slide. There is a test at the end of each of these courses where scores are recorded and explanantion of correct answers are given.
2.) Some are interviews led by David Mattson in his weekly radio broadcasts. Each week another broadcast is uploaded on a skill such as getting referrals.
