Building a Successful Lean Team is for managers and teams that deliver the knowledge of characteristics, techniques, and methods of building a successful Lean Team. The course provides the know-how for you to form and nurture successful work teams in your organization. This workshop will incorporate the application of course topics for one of the client’s existing teams. Students will learn that teams are a critical component to a successful lean implementation, the nine characteristics of a highly effective team, how to facilitate the development of the nine characteristics, and methods for nurturing effective teamwork. This is an onsite training for all members of an organization.
