This is a 12 month training program that follows a step by step process to grow the business.The program starts with an alignment process to demonstrate how to clearly set business goals. We then train the managers the fundamentals of effectively running the operations, finance, and marketing of the business. Money mastery, cash-flow, budgeting, forecasting, and essential key performance indicators are both taught and refined for the business. Time management surveys are utilized to show how to make the best use of the team's time. We review the marketing strategies, and train how to establish the strategies to help grow the business. Team recruiting and and training systems are developed to maximize team performance and growth.
