Participants will understand what the different types of lines on a blueprint mean and how to differentiate them, how to read the different views on a blueprint, tell the difference between different types of holes and be able to identify a thread callout on a blueprint. This class is structured to explain how to interpret as well as read engineering mechanical product drawings. Navigating the format, understanding where to locate all the information required to produce product is part of the course. The different lines, dimensioning, sections, views, type of drawing are also covered in this course. This class is geared for our employees who need to work with engineering drawings, not creating them. Delivered onsite.
