Learn how to get the best results from the people in your organization. This training process focuses on developing skills to manage people more effectively including: Managing change, negotiation skills, team building, customer retention & service, problem solving, delegation, communication skills, motivation techniques and leadership skills. The program runs for 12 months, we meet once a month for 4 hours. Each month different tools and techniques are learnt and action plans to implement are developed. We work with the company throughout the month to assist with the implementation of the action plan. Next month the participant attends the monthly session and builds on what they have learnt generating positive results.
