Training on the contents of a Quality Systems Manual Level 1 it is a mix of discussion and hands on activities. There is a detailed review of the ISO standard with the topics including: scope, normative references, terms and definitions, context of the organization, leadership, planning etc. Students will learn how to properly implement ISO using PDCA- Plan, Do, Check, Act method. Students also learn what it means to implement ISO as a process. This course is delivered onsite for management level. |
