Attendees will learn how to properly document a Quality Management System via a quality manual (including the company’s Quality Policy), procedures and flowcharts to ensure compliance with ISO 9001 requirements with the involvement from management. Students will learn document control process, customer satisfaction, etc. Students will also learn key processes from customer support to manufacturing, purchasing, engineering and others will be trained how to document their processes as required by the standard. Class is taught with a mix of lecture and discussion. Delivered onsite for all levels of the company. |
