Description:

This is the SMART Conversations® certification process required for organizational professionals to be licensed facilitators. This is an excellent approach for organizations seeking a cost-effective way to deliver SMART Conversations® training enterprise-wide. Participants will participate in a SMART Conversations® class prior to the certification class. Participants will participate in an intensive, 2-day certification class. After, participants will co-facilitate their first 2 classes.
Students will learn either in-person or virtual per client preferences. The learning methods include: 1) presentations, and 2) group inter-active and experiential exercises. Action learning reinforcement applications are assigned and completed following. |
