Applicants to this program are required to undergo a criminal offender record information check and a sex offender registry information (SORI) check. Admission to an Allied Health program does not guarantee cinical placement. The outcome of the CORI/SORI check may impact the student's ability to participate in the clinical experience. for further informaiton, see the department chairperson. Student must maintain a grade of B- or better in AHE 100 and AHE 112 in order to continue into the second semester.Upon completion of this program, graduates will be able to assist with examination and treatment of patients in clinical areas, phlebotomy, and EKG. Perform computer and medical office tasks.
