All HR staff and all hiring managers will attend this instructor led training either onsite or virtually. In an adult-learning model, attendees learn effective processes to attract, hire, onboard, develop, and retain employees. Topics include: How to write accurate job descriptions, learn key interview questions, how to create an employee onboarding checklist, how to conduct Performance Reviews and Talent Development Plans. Mock interviews and the practicing of tactics and techniques ensure new competencies are gained. There is an additional $1500 fee required for a pre-training, onsite assessment of current practices.
