Creating, implementing and sustaining a world class maintenance organization that proactively gains excellent overall equipment effectiveness. Using ones existing maintenance vision as a reference point, students will learn about how to Identify a maintenance vision, Identify and discuss critical pieces of equipment, Maintenance skills inventory and assessment, Maintenance mapping. By taking this course students learn about reducing equipment down time, improving equipment reliability, reduce scrap rates, reduce maintenance cost, and reduce energy consumption costs. It is a mix of hands on and discussions among students. This class is designed as a 3-5 day class. This is delivered onsite for managers and supervisors of maintenance.
