This program provides front-line leaders with the tools to define, assess, manage and resolve problems and conflict in the workplace. Participants will gain insight into their personal style in the problem solving process and will learn techniques to help them be better decision makers for the organization. The desired outcome is recognition of the leader's role in turning conflict into a positive force for the company.
