This program is designed to help managers understand the dynamics of public speaking and to help them overcome fear or discomfort. By learning and practicing the four primary components of public speaking – Mental, Visual, Vocal, and Verbal, and the proper use of each – the speaker will become more comfortable and effective before any audience.
Participants are presented with topics from which they must develop a presentation. The format is designed to be enjoyable without losing focus on the topic as a critical one for personal management success. The session is completely interactive and is conducted in a friendly, nonthreatening environment.
