Course consists of the following introductory subtopics:
1)Shop Floor Controls;
2)Visual Schedulingl;
3)Labor and Overhead Burden;
4)Time and Motion Study.
Participants will be trained on labor and overhead tracking tools within the ERP system in order to monitor overhead costs. Participants will be trained on how to enter and track downtime for jobs on the shop floor (equipment overhead) and nonproductive hours for employees (labor burden) within the ERP system.
