2)Quality Management System Goals.
3)Non-Conforming Parts and Root Cause Analysis.
4)Customer and Vendor Surveys.
Trainees will learn how to determine key processes and how to measure them through performance indicators. The QMS goals will be discussed among trainees to create an overview of delivery, customer satisfaction, and any defects. Trainees will learn what a non-conformance to the QMS is and how to identify deviations from the system. This closing session will bookend the importance of a company’s QMS to maintain customer satisfaction and operate profitable (manage its vendor relationships). This course is part 6 of a 6 part ISO 9001:2015 series. |
