Participants of this course will gain a clear understanding of the leader-manager they aim to be and the essential skills to help them get there. This interactive course focuses on strategies for how to set employees up for success. Instructor will cover topics such as communicating complex messages to their team as a manager. This course will be held both in-person and virtually via Zoom depending on the date(s) of offering. Students will learn through class lecture and small group breakouts with other class attendees. Other topics of discussion include approaches to effective communication and how to foster collaboration among teams. The topic of communicating in a hybrid environment will also be covered. |
