This program series is designed to give new and less experienced supervisors and managers a thorough knowledge of the skills and behaviors critical to leadership success. Participants learn to use these skills to effectively manage relationships with their direct reports, peers, and managers. Each module is practice intensive and focuses on practical application so that participants can apply their learning directly back on the job. That’s why programs are scheduled every week. Participants in the certificate program must attend the series in sequence as each session’s content builds upon what is learned in the previous sessions. |
