A training for any HR, Recruiting, Marketing, Public Relations, Sales, Customer Service, or C-level executive who needs to be an advocate for their company to the outside world. You must tell stories that nurture, comfort, and motivate workers, internal and external stakeholders. Organizational Storytelling topics include Storytelling, Elements of a good story, Storytelling process, How to inspire the behaviors of others, and How to identify, organize, and tell the important stories about you, your department, and organization. Students practice by developing a video of their org's core messages and deliver them with confidence. Training is onsite or virtually and uses the adult learning model in a highly interactive workshop setting.
