This course is the first of two courses designed to help organizations understand what customers really need and drives them to buy. When companies know this, selling and marketing becomes much easier. Business leaders may be too close emotionally to undertake an objective analysis of what matters to their customers. The first step in this process is to understand why companies think their customers buy. Students will learn how to objectively identify internal assumptions about their customers. They will also learn how to build internal consensus for an action plan to address these issues. Min: 4 people
