When companies know why customers buy, selling and marketing becomes much easier. The first step in this process is to understand why companies think their customers buy. Students will learn how to objectively identify internal assumptions about their customers. They will also learn how to build internal consensus for an action plan to address these issues. Instruction can be either virtual or onsite with a combination of workshops and lectures.
