The concept of plays can also apply to a business. In football, the goal is to move the ball down the field. In a business, the goal is to deliver superior value to target customers. In this session, we will show you how to pick and execute winning product plays. Participants will develop criteria for selecting winning plays, create a list of potential plays, prioritize plays and then discuss techniques for building consensus on the best plays. Min: 4 people
