In the first of five phases of the ISO training courses, the students will learn about the origins of ISO and what it is. Students will learn system acquisition, maintenance, supplier relationships etc. They will be taught about definitions and terms that will be helpful to know throughout each phase. The students will learn about the ISO standards and requirements and how to benefit from the ISO Quality Management System. The students will be taught about the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) model and how to implement ISO using this model. There will be discussion and answer questions among the class. This course is taught in person on site and is beneficial for management but open to all levels of employees within the company.
