The goal of the fifth and final phase of the training is to inform and train remaining employees on what the management system is composed of, where the system documentation is located, how to get access to the documentation, and how to use them for maximized benefit to the organization. Students will also learn methods for improving the system, how to be audited in an effective way by customers, registration bodies and internal auditors. Students will address how to apply suitable methods for monitoring and, if applicable, measurement of the quality management system (QMS). Students will also learn how to evaluate where continual improvement of the QMS can be made. Delivered in person onsite for all levels of employees.
