This in-house version of our virtual workshop on “Dealing with Conflict” offers an in-depth exploration of essential conflict management techniques. Specifically, it frames conflict situations as unique opportunities to improve the outcome and builds participants’ comfort in using different conflict styles. The workshop includes individual and group exercises that allow participants to practice the application of different conflict styles in a variety of situations. The concepts and practices at the core of this workshop are broadly applicable to employees and associates at all levels within an organization and throughout most industries.
