This in-house version of our virtual workshop on “Effective Coaching Skills” provides an introduction to the key coaching and mentoring skills that can be used to help others optimize their performance and to increase their engagement. Specifically, the workshop uses individual and group exercises to emphasize the importance of effective questioning techniques to raise awareness and foster responsibility, and also gives participants the opportunity to develop coaching action plans to help ensure the success of their coaching efforts. The workshop content is applicable to both leaders and individual contributors at all levels within an organization and throughout most industries.
