This course will teach professional services project managers best practices. The curriculum is organized by ten topics: Culture Traps, Areas that Lose Money, Financial Management, Marketing & Sales, Contracts, Project Budgeting, Scope Creep, Time Management, Cash Management and Client Relationship Management.
The course is structured as ten ninety-minute live instruction classes delivered on a Zoom call. The live classes are supplemented with on-line interactive learning modules where participants complete exercises for the learned skills and complete a test. Two additional live instructor sessions are delivered; an initial session to review the process and a final session to discuss how to apply the skills to their job.
