Coaching is an important change-management skill which supports individuals, professionals and leaders to bring about personal and systemic change. This ICF-accredited program teaches coaching competencies and ethics in during 4 sessions of theory, discussion and practice, and includes an additional 26+ hours distance-learning for building skills and working with a mentor coach. Participants gain coaching competence and an understanding of the principles that support client growth and development. Participants may select coaching specialties such as Business, Transition, Leadership, Executive, Wellness, Career, and Life Coaching. Successful completion earns the GISC Coach Certificate and prepares candidates to apply for ICF certification.
