The program is 18 weeks, 4 hours a day of hands-on assembly training skills, according to the J-STD-001, IPC-610 and IPC-7711 documents. This program provides `Electronics Terminology, Component ID’s, Component Values, Resistor Color Codes, Microscope Assembly, Surface Mount Technology, Through-Hole Soldering, Fine Pitch Soldering, Terminals Soldering, PCB Assembly, Rework Techniques, ECO Wiring, Safety & ESD. The IPC-7711 is designed for soldered assembly rework– restoring PCB assemblies. Students will learn the assembly training skills by attending our in-person training held by an instructor. Taking the program, will gain technical hands-on skills. Ideal audience are people with non-working experience, lack of electronic skill set. |
