A 6 month training class that will occur during work hours on how to boost agency retention. We use onsite training, video training, tracking and coaching to get agencies to proactively call every renewal once per year. Through this they learn how to best serve their customers and drive retention. This training is conducted with the agency owners and their account management teams.
This course is 80% Skills based training, 20% coaching/consulting. |
