Participants gather once a month for an entire year to attend best practice workshops, confidentially process each others' challenges and opportunities, and exchange best practices—all with a professional CEO facilitator. The members are noncompeting in their industry as to assure full confidentiality. This is one of the only places a CEO can get unvarnished feedback about their business as the other participants aren't dependent on a check from that CEO. Business range from startups to over $100M. The smaller businesses learn about scaling and systems from the larger and the larger learn about nimbleness and speed from the smaller.
