This interactive instructor-led virtual or in-person program will explore the topic of unconscious bias, including what it is, types of biases, and how unconscious bias manifests in our everyday lives and in the workplace. Participants will engage in discussion and activities to develop a greater understanding of how biases may be guiding behavior. They will also learn interruption and mitigation strategies for adjusting automatic patterns of thinking, lessening the negative effects of unconscious bias, and creating a more inclusive and equitable workplace.
This course is ideal for HR Professionals, managers, team leads and individual contributors who are committed to developing and maintaining inclusive and equitable workplaces. |
