Coming online in 2018, the Massachusetts Pay Equity Law is redefining what it means to pay employees in a fair and equitable manner as employers are being forced to examine pay practices across positions that are ''substantially similar'' in scope. What is your real risk? When is it okay to pay people differently? What are your options?
In this half-day workshop we will examine some of the common causes for pay inequities, the impact of the MA Pay Equity Law on pay practices and we will discuss strategies for developing a defensible pay plan. We will also address how to conduct an internal pay equity review. |
