Kaizen is the third component of a Lean Business System. Kaizen is the best methodology to rapidly transform processes in support of the Future State Value Stream map. A Standard Work Kaizen is designed to transform production processes by creating the best combination of labor, machines, materials, information and methodology. This will result in improved capacity, safety, quality, OTD, total costs and inventory. Students will learn how to plan, execute, measure and sustain the results of the Standard Work Kaizen process.
