Standard work is a Kaizen tool in Flow Production used to assure maximum performance with minimum waste. This workshop is designed to transform production processes by creating the best combination of labor, machines, materials, information and sequence. Through in person instruction the students will learn how to plan, execute, measure and sustain the results of the Standard Work Kaizen process.
