This workshop is designed to transform the Material Management processes. The Material Pull System Kaizen tool is used to eliminate computer-based Push Systems and replace them with Pull Systems that visually communicate what inventories need to be purchased, built, moved or shipped. Through in person instruction the students will learn how to plan, execute, measure and sustain the results of the Material Pull System Kaizen process. Deliverables will be a) Reduced inventory & space b) Elimination of stockouts, searching & waiting and c) Improved capacity, inventory turns & cash flow. The ideal audience for this course is senior managers, middle managers, experienced and entry level personnel.
